The image shown to the left shows a partial of glycolysis and what goes into the krebs cycle and what the outcomes are arbon dioxide and ATP. ATP is very important in cellular respiration. ATP in the krebs cycle comes from broken down glucose. The krebs cycle is the second stage of aerobic respiration. A pathway in the krebs cycle helps transform many fats, carbs, proteins, and carbon into energy that the cell and body can use. At the end of the krebs cycle, an outcome is the production of citric acid.
