THE MITOCHONDRIA
The mitochondria is known as the 'power house' of the cell. The mitochondria's job is to make proteins and energy for the cell and body to use for any activities or for daily life. The cycle never stops going, (unless the cell dies), but it is always happening in our bodies every second of the day. The parts of the mitochondria include: the outer membrane, inner membrane, matrix, ATP Synthase, DNA, ribosomes, cristae, and granules. Inside of the mitochondria, the processes of cellular respiration occur inside and energy is made or released. Mitochondria have a DNA replicator. If you ever see a picture of a bean like structure with folds on the inside, you should know by then that its the mitochondria and know that it is extremly important for the cell to have one!

This picture shown above was taken from bing.com. It shows the parts of the mitochondria and where those parts are located within the mitochondria.
